Dear Everyone,
Thank you for all your support and commitment to ensure that the Survey was rolled out diligently. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for all your hard work and cooperation towards managing the workshop and making great things happened together!
I would like to have a meeting among us to review all our activities and immediate action plans with regards to certain endeavours for further improvement of our targeted objectives. Proposed agenda is as follows:
1. Review observations and findings on past 4 workshop sessions
2. Proposal for improvements
3. Action plan and delegation of tasks to manage the Oct-Dec 09 sessions
4. Feedback and follow up on the Survey Questionaires result analysis
5. Post mortem of our Lab achievements todate.
OK, I know it looks like all the above seems a bit too much to swallow in one meeting. Do not worry that we will end up chewing bit by bit the entire day. Please see the schedule below for your reassuarance and peace of mind.
